Meet Matt

Matt Brumley has been a resident of Saline County for 30 years after moving from his hometown of McKinney, Texas in 1992. Matt’s wife, Lori is a lifelong resident of Saline County—where they’ve raised their three children; Josh and Jacob; 17-year-old Juniors at Benton High School and their daughter Madi Grace, eight years old and in the second grade at Caldwell Elementary. Matt and his family attend First Baptist Church of Benton. 

Matt’s career has been primary in public service. He worked as a Paramedic Supervisor and field training officer for Emergency Ambulance Service Inc. in Pine Bluff, Arkansas from 1994-1999. He joined Saline Memorial Hospital in 1999, as Director of EMS and served in that capacity for over 16 years.

In 2012, Matt began serving as the Director of the Saline Health Foundation and continues in that capacity today. 

Matt has been involved in multiple community and civic organizations during his career. He served as President of the Benton Area Chamber of Commerce and Benton Bauxite Rotary Club. He currently serves on multiple Healthcare Committees/Councils: former Chairman of Arkansas Acute Stroke Care Task Force, Arkansas EMS Foundation Board and Arkansas PANS/PANDAS Advisory Council. He is also one of the co-founders of Amplify Fest—one of the nation’s largest Christian music festivals held in Benton. He also supports and volunteers for John 3:16 Ministries.
